HISTORY
|
 |
I-Media was founded in March 1992 by the current company chairman,
Jean David Benichou.
The company's original business was trading in telephone products
(phone/fax/voice mail) and consumable items.
Looking for an original way to promote rolls of thermal fax
paper, Jean David Benichou dreamt up the idea of sending out
mailshots by fax. The potential of this medium struck I-Media
immediately, and they decided to dedicate the whole of their
business to this new activity.
One month later, in April 1992, the company won its first
customer.
I-Media quickly became the No.1 player in the market.
10 years later, I-Media sends over 40 million electronic messages
a month on behalf of over 3000 customers (small and medium
businesses as well as sizeable groups).
With a will to innovate and to respond to the new demands
of businesses, I-Media went on developing high-performance
e-mail, SMS, and voice services, providing customers with
the opportunity to reap the full benefits of electronic communication
media:
- Instant communication to respond to the real-time communication
needs of today's customers.
- Very low transmission costs due to the complete removal
of all physical communication media.
- Unrivaled customization facilities enabling the most
highly specialized CRM requirements to be met.
- Maximum responsiveness, business generation with a very
quick turnaround time.
Today, I-Media's services and expertise cover all poplar incoming
and outgoing communication channels: fax, e-mail, SMS, telephone.
I-Media's technological self-sufficiency since its creation,
the proven reliability of its transmission systems, and the
breadth of its product and service range confirm the company's
position as the market leader in electronic communication.
